Boy Scouts pose with March of Dimes fundraising posters and cups in front of Hinson's Barber Shop and Dr. B.F. Emanuel's optometrist's office in August of 1954. The barber shop was located below ground level. Windows can be seen opened upstairs as there was no air conditioning.
